Loopnora started from a simple observation: digital health can engage patients at scale, and California pharmacists, especially Advanced Pharmacist Practitioners, can change therapy. What’s missing is the operating system that connects those changes back to the physician of record.

We’re a cofounder pair: a software engineer building the clinical OS, and a California-licensed APh clinical lead with deep diabetes medication experience who is comfortable owning protocols, quality, and clinical sign-off.

California’s post-AB 1503 landscape makes this moment possible. We practice carefully under standard of care, document thoroughly, and design so the second clinician is as consistent as the first.
