Pull patient-reported lists, partner context, and prior notes into one working list before any therapy change.
Med-change table
Each start, stop, or adjustment with its dose, reason, and monitoring. A PCP can scan it in 30 seconds.
PCP notification
Preview, send, and track delivery (e-fax / Direct / partner-filed). Therapy-change encounters require a closed notify step.
Partner API
Enroll patients, push context, pull summaries, receive webhooks like encounter.signed and notify.delivered.
Audit trail
Records who changed what, when, and under which protocol version, for liability, partner, and future payer reviews.

Titration sprints cover diabetes therapies such as GLP-1 receptor agonists and basal insulin. They follow Loopnora protocols, and the PCP is notified.
